Anyone who reads my blog with semi-regularity should be well aware of my extreme love for pancakes. And if you’re not already aware, I haven’t made pancakes in a while… now, I feel terrible about this. So, for your pleasure, I will offer up a list of 10 unique pancake ideas that I intend to veganize over the next few months. Enjoy!
I spotted these babies on food gawker a while back and they’ve been on my mind ever since. Judging from the recipe already in place, they should be extremely easy to veganize. I can’t wait!
I think I’ve posted about these pancakes before. Still haven’t tried them. I’ll admit, I’m a little intimidated by the crunching of graham crackers… but thats probably just my typical college student laziness kicking in.
Honestly, I have no idea why I haven’t made these yet. I freaking love peanut butter.
Now, I realize this might seem strangely similar to my previous suggestion, however, I think after adding a little fruit inside (strawberries, maybe?) and topping them with raspberry preserves and peanut butter, they’ll be plenty different.
I’d better get on these before all the vegan egg nog is gone until the next holiday season! Being the (former) worlds greatest egg nog fan (before the veganism) I simply cannot pass this up.
OMG, these sound like heaven for my tastebuds. I might have to wait until summer to make these. All of the flavors just remind me of June.
I know this idea may sound a bit strange to some of you, but being a life long lover of Grape Nuts cereal, I can do nothing but try this, and probably enjoy it!
I’ll admit, this idea isn’t new or original, but after receiving an entire case of homemade applesauce from my Mom after Christmas break, I have no choice but to use this ingredient to make pancakes.
I don’t even think I’ve tried red velvet cake, but this recipe definitely appeals to me. How could anyone pass this up?
These were just so good I need to make them again. Why not add some cream cheese frosting next time?
